Our knives are made right here in New Zealand using modern machinery and timeless processes like heat tempering. Our stainless steel blades are laser cut and have a hardness rating of 54-56 RC. These custom Game Gear stainless blades are also put through a sub-zero liquid quench after hardening. The benefit of this additional process is a strong, hard and wear resistant blade with improved edge retention. Trialed, tested and designed to perform these knives are made using the best in materials and manufacturing techniques.

Our Beef Skinner knife is supplied with a Game Gear custom leather sheath - perfectly designed to hold the knife in a secure snug fit.
