This is where it all started for Game Gear. Dome Valley - a sea of gorse and cutty grass where gear is destroyed quickly and pigs are a challenge to find let alone stop. This was our testing ground for new gear and our escape from the office. Product testing was a regular occurance and returning to the office covered in scratches and blood was a regular thing.
It was not only the gear that was tested...you had to remain real keen to battle the acres of gorse and the carry out that always seemed to be uphill into the worst of the prickles and scrub.
Every now and then we return to where it all started.... makes the Southern tussock feel like a smooth armchair ride!
