We are now shipping ALL items daily.
We continue to use CourierPost's tracked, contactless delivery service. Please be aware there are delays in the courier system due to the current situation but they are doing their best to deliver parcels as quickly as possible.
As all of our parcels are sent on a tracked service you follow the tracking information online to keep up to date with your order once it has been dispatched.

Following the announcement from the government on the 17th August 2021, our Te Puke store is closed from Wednesday 18th August 2021 but our online store is still open and taking orders.
We are currently shipping all ESSENTIAL ITEMS DAILY with Courierpost using a trusted, tracked, contactless delivery. All Non Essential items will be shipped when Level 4 lockdown is lifted.
You can identify our Essential Items as they all display an 'Essential button' and will be sent from our warehouse.
If you are purchasing an item without an "Essential Button' we will ship your order as soon as we are able.
This is in line with the MBIE government guidelines and we continue to support the New Zealand Government's decision on safety and wellbeing.
