We are still packing and sending your orders daily and aim to have all orders received before 2pm picked up by the Courier the same day but CourierPost experiencing delays in delivering parcels.

Currently deliveries into Waikato are taking up to 10 days and deliveries to Auckland are taking up to 2 weeks. You can view CourierPost delivery updates here.

When your parcel is collected by CourierPost you will receive an email with your tracking information.  Please wait 7 days before contacting us if you have not received your parcel as this will allow time for your parcel to move through the CourierPost system.  You can also lodge an enquiry on your parcels directly with CourierPost via their CourierPost tracking link (which is emailed to you once we have packed your parcel)

Please be patient, please be kind we are packing orders as fast as we can and CourierPost are picking up from us daily. 

They have a higher volume of parcels than normal and they are working as quickly as they can with social distancing.

COVID-19 Update - 1st May 2020 

Please note that deliveries are taking 7 to 10 days due to the CourierPost being inundated with online orders. 

Our staff are packing orders asap and they are being picked up daily but there seems to be delays once they leave our warehouse. Please be patient.

International deliveries are taking 10-20 days

Level 3 allows shipping of all our usual range of Essentials Items plus Non Essential Items.

We are still in Level 4 Lockdown:

Our Te Puke Store remains closed but our online store is selling items and Essential Items are being shipped daily. We are busy packing essential items every day with contactless service with Courier Post.

Returns Update:

We have extended our returns policy we will still be accepting returns until the level 4 has been downgraded.  Returns must still be in unused condition with tags attached see or returns policy page for more details

After the 4 day Easter break our staff member is back packing all essential items orders, with our fast courier service you should receive your packages within 2 days. 

All orders are sent on a tracked service with CourierPost so you can trace your parcel   from when it leaves us until it arrives at your house

OUR GAME GEAR ONLINE STORE IS OPEN  

Game Gear is registered with MBIE and has been approved for the sale and delivery of essential items.

As we are a preferred supplier to rural and other essential workers, we fall into the category of essential services and will continue to supply the essential items via our online store.

As per the new trade restrictions that are in place, UPDATED March 30th all orders containing food items & essential related items that keep people warm are able to be shipped during the lockdown. We are following strict health & safety processes to ensure all orders are packed and processed in a sterile environment for the safety of our customers. To meet the requirements, we will have 1 staff member doing the packing of the orders and we will be shipping week days only. Our other staff members are working from home, to answer any of queries or questions.

Only shipping at this time will be: Food and Essential Clothing ( Warm clothing, hats, fleece products, jackets, socks, thermals). Please click here to view our ESSENTIAL ITEMS  

You can still place orders for regular non-essential items - these orders not containing food or essential items will be delivered as soon as the lockdown is downgraded
