The perfect meal after a day of adventuring is a rich and delicious casserole or curry which is good enough to eat at home and is quick and easy to prepare.

To heat, place the pouch into rapidly boiling water for 2 minutes. Tear the top open, stir and enjoy. It's that simple. 

These casseroles and curries are batch made as you would at home and then sealed and finished in a retort steam process, they are preservative-free. That's real food, ready to eat not freeze-dried. As they're precooked you can actually eat them cold, it's a bit like sneaking some leftovers from the fridge!

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Put meal pouch in a pot of rapidly boiling for 2 minutes. Or, empty pouch into a pot or pan and heat through.
