When will I receive my order?

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been collected by CourierPost.

My order hasn't been delivered or shows delivered but I can't find it.

If your tracking shows delivered, the CourierPost has dropped off your parcel and it is likely to be left in a safe place. Please have a look around your property for areas that may not be easily visible from the road and the courier could've deemed as safe. If you can not locate your parcel, you can contact CourierPost on 0800 501 501, complete an online CourierPost parcel enquiry or contact us and we can look into this further for you.

How do I exchange sizes?

We take the stress out of this by offering you our Game Gear "No Worries" 14 day exchange or return policy.

If you buy directly from us online or at our Te Puke Outlet Store and are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply return it to us in original, unused condition within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase.  

When is your Outlet Store open?

Our store is located at 198 Jellicoe Street in Te Puke and is open Wednesday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
