New Zealand Orders

FREE NZ Shipping on orders over $129

 

Our standard service is a $10 track and trace courier for a town/urban address and $10 for Rural deliveries.

 

We use COURIER POST and estimated delivery times are overnight for urban delivery and 2 days for rural delivery.

 

We aim to have all orders received before 1pm are dispatched same day and you will be advised as soon the courier scans your parcel for pick up.

 

After placing your order online with us you will receive email updates to keep you informed as your order is packed and then dispatched.

 

These emails feature a clickable Track and Trace link that will show you the location of your package at all times. 

Australia

Our standard service from New Zealand to Australia is using a tracked fast service. Delivery typically takes 8-10 working days from dispatch to arrive.

 

Fast Tracked shipping is $20

 

Note that delivery may take a little longer than times stated for far flung places and during peak posting times.

Important Shipping Update (USA Orders)


At the moment we’re unable to send any parcels to the United States. 

NZ Post has temporarily paused all shipments while they work through new tariff requirements.

This is completely out of our hands, but we’re keeping a close eye on updates. As soon as NZ Post starts shipping to the USA again, we’ll reopen orders right away.
