How do Australian returns and exchanges work?
Game Gear offers a 30-day exchange or return policy on eligible products purchased directly from Game Gear. For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, you pay the cost of returning the item to Game Gear in New Zealand. If you are exchanging an item, Game Gear pays the freight to send the replacement item back to you in Australia.
