Right amount of storage pockets

Been looking for this type of jacket for ages
Short sleeve and awesome amount of storage pockets. And light weight.
Sweat a bit in it but can open the zip to let the air flow through. Although it was a good 25 degrees at the time 😂

Best Jacket I have ever owned

A jacket with a difference. When looking for a new jacket I have a fairly clear idea of what I want. It has to be tough, waterproof, lite, have plenty of ventilation and be easy to move in. The Tusker has met all of these criteria and exceeded my expectation of comfort and warmth. Over the last three months I have thrashed this jacket almost every day in a variety of conditions from snow in Fiordland, hail in Taranaki, hot days pig hunting in Raukumara and plenty of rain in between. From trapping, track cutting, Kiwi monitoring, hunting and building a dog house I have done it all in this coat. The Mrs even gave me a hard time for wearing it to bed one night when it was cold. In rain and hail the Tusker has proven 100% waterproof with no leaks or seepages and remained incredibly lite even when soaked. For the active bushman or tradie the short sleeves are perfect allowing the core of the body to stay dry while freeing your arms up to work more efficiently. Nothing I dislike more than battling a heavy rain-soaked coat to set traps, hammer in nails or bring the rifle up to your shoulder. I was a bit nervous about how I’d find having wet forearms, however I haven't found it an issue at all. The water runs off your elbows and I have found with most traditional coats there's a fair bit of forearm seepage anyway. I’d trade long sleeves for the extra movement any day. On the website it states that the jacket can be a bit noisy when deer stalking. I haven’t found this to be the case, It is made of soft enough material to brush past twigs etc. without any scratchy sounds. The one thing I have noticed in regard to sound however is the pocket domes clink if left undone. That's easily fixed but it's something worth remembering when deer stalking.
