Under the system, the Quarry is the middle step, skin with the Vellum, bone with the Quarry, finish with the Brawler.
What makes this pack ideal is the Lockjaw sheath. It's thermoformed to the Quarry's exact profile, so a narrow blade that would rattle around in a generic sheath instead clicks in and holds tightly, it stays put no matter how you carry it.
Fully waterproof, so blood and water run straight off; no oiling, no rot, no fuss. Wipe it clean and it's ready. The working pack is tough but light.
Value-built steel, done honestly: taper-ground high quality stainless, with a non-slip PP handle.
Why it earns its place
- Holds secure - Lockjaw click retention keeps a narrow blade locked, not rattling.
- Fully waterproof - blood and water run off. Wipe-clean, zero maintenance, fit for life.
- Works tight to the bone - slim, narrow, controlled boning profile.
- Reach where you need it - ~11" overall, fine in the detail.

THE KNIFE FOR TIGHT BONING WORK
Narrow. Controlled. Bones out clean. The Quarry Working Pack gives hunters a slim boning knife and custom Lockjaw Sheath made for clean meat recovery, secure carry and easy maintenance in real hunting conditions.

MADE TO WORK TIGHT TO THE BONE
The Quarry is a slim, narrow boning knife designed for controlled work close to the bone. NZ designed and field tested for the way Kiwis actually hunt, the Quarry helps you strip a carcass clean without tearing good meat. The fine profile gives you control through detailed cuts, while the 6 inch stainless blade provides enough reach to work efficiently through the job. It is the knife you reach for when clean recovery matters and you want to make the most of the animal.

CONTROL WHERE IT COUNTS
Boning work needs a knife that feels accurate, steady and easy to guide. The Quarry’s slim blade profile helps you follow bone lines, work into tighter areas and make cleaner cuts with less waste. The taper ground stainless blade gives it a keen working edge, while the HRC 55 to 56 hardness and 2.4 to 2.5mm blade thickness provide dependable strength for regular hunting use. At around 276mm overall, the Quarry is long enough for reach but fine enough for detail, giving hunters a practical balance of control, usefulness and confidence in the hand.

SHEATHED SECURELY
The Quarry Working Pack comes with the custom Lockjaw Sheath, thermoformed to the exact profile of the knife for a firm, secure fit. A slim boning blade can rattle around in a generic sheath, but the Lockjaw Sheath keeps the Quarry seated properly. It clicks in, locks in place and stays put, so the knife carries securely through rough country. The sheath is fully waterproof, so blood, rain and water run straight off. There is nothing to oil, dry out or rot after a hard day out. Wipe it clean and it is ready for the next hunt.
