Shepherds Knife Set - Wooden Handle

Victory Knives are hand crafted in New Zealand from quality high carbon European steel. These high carbon steel blades are harder and have a finer grain structure than stainless blades making them sharper and allowing them to hold an edge for longer.

This Shepherds set includes

• 15cm Victory Skinning Knife with a robust & practical 3/4 tang riveted wooden handle
• 90mm long x 11mm diameter steel for sharpening
• 3mm thick curved leather sheath with belt loops

The leather sheath varies in colour and will be either black or dark brown depending on stock availability.
